Out-of-Network with all other insurance. Upon request, a monthly superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement of out-of-network benefits (check with your insurance company about this).

Fees are paid at the time of session via credit card payments including HSA cards.

A current credit/HSA/debit card must be kept on file.
