Terri Cordle, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Terri earned her graduate degree in Community Counseling from Georgia State University and her undergraduate degree in psychology from Clemson University. She believes an effective therapist serves many roles in the therapeutic relationship: guide, teacher, consultant, and advocate. With a relational style, she offers a safe, collaborative counseling environment that supports self‑exploration, learning, and personal growth. Terri values examining both a person’s present experience and the contexts that have shaped their life to foster meaningful understanding and change. Her integrative approach draws from psychodynamic, attachment‑based, polyvagal, EMDR and adaptive information processing, and Internal Family Systems perspectives, grounded in the understanding that past experiences influence present patterns

Areas of special interest include working on core emotional wounds, EMDR, wellness, and neuropsychology.

In her free time, Terri enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and being outdoors.

“Healing isn’t linear. But every time we choose understanding over judgment, awareness over avoidance, we move closer to freedom.” - Dr. Kate Truitt
