Fees/Insurance

Rates for Sessions:

$125 per clinical hour (55 minutes)

Initial Session/Intake Session: $140 (55 minutes)

I take credit card payments (including HSA cards) at the time of service.

Insurance for Therapy:

I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS of GA, Anthem EAP-Bank of America, Carelon, Cigna/Evernorth, Quest Behavioral Health, United/Optum insurance.

For other insurance plans I am out-of-network (OON) . If you would like to use your OON benefits, I can provide a monthly receipt called a Superbill. A superbill is an itemized receipt for out-of-network clients who want to seek possible reimbursement from their health insurance plan.

Per the No Surprises Act, if you do not intend to submit for insurance for possible OON reimbursement, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). You decide the length and frequency of sessions, when to begin or end treatment, and I do not bill, so there are no surprises. A GFE outlines the projected cost of therapy at my rate for up to one year by simply calculating my fee multiplied by the number of sessions you expect over a period of time.
